Brochure and Business Card Design
Savvy & Sublime Design, Inc. are a full-service interior design studio located here on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Keeland Owens, the owner and lead designer for Savvy & Sublime, wanted a nice promotional piece for the October 2006 Outer Banks Parade of Homes. With a tight deadline and no initial concept to pull from Outer Banks Design Works went to the task at-hand.
The business card was fairly easy to design, as there was an existing card to draw inspiration from. Simply update the contact information, the logo and send it to the printer.
The brochure was a little more difficult. One of the design elements from the business card was to carry over to the brochure, but everything else needed to be determined and determined fast.
Several ideas were drafted and each revision carried something over from the previous revision. After several meetings and brainstorming sessions we were able to come up with a design that really helped to highlight some of the spaces that Savvy & Sublime designed. Using colorful imagery and definition-style callouts the brochure was completed without a moment to spare.
